Senior Manager - IT and Compliance
Key Minimum Requirements:

• Holder of a Bachelors degree in IT.
• Minimum 10 years experience in IT and Management (preferably with insurance background).

The following is the job description in brief but not limited to:

• Direct the integration of IT operations, computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications and data processing.
• Monitor and control IT department internal processes and provide supervision and guidance to subordinates.
• Work very closely with software and hardware vendors and ensure that level of service support the best interest of company.
• Primarily responsible for monitoring and managing the Compliance function of the company and to ensure that all established policies and procedures that are set by the authorities are implemented.
• Assist the General Manager with Company planning and support in all aspects of the departmental operation.
