Our client based in Doha - Qatar, a leading provider of industrial solutions is seeking an
HR Manager - LEBANESE. Ref: ADM/2600.
The ideal candidate will be between 30 - 40 years of age with 5 years experience in a managerial position in the same field.
Job responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including HR procedures, recruitment and selection policy / practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management).
- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements
- within agreed formats and timescales.
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with
- the executive team.
- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirementsfor quality management,
- health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies. Responsible for overall administration functions covering location maintenance, location renovations, utilities maintenance within budgetary provisions assuring on time delivery.
- Salary: QR 25,000 + Standard Benefits.
