: Urgent Requirement in one of the leading Contracting Company in Jeddah, KSA
Position: HR-Officer (Human resources) must have a clear understanding of organization’s business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies which select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives. The exact nature of the work activities varies according to the organisation, but is likely to includes:
-2 to3 yrs of Experience in Personal & HR Department
-Qualification Bachelors in Business Administration/ Commerce, Certifications/ training in HR will be added value
-Bilingual typing & good Arabic speaking
-Excellent communication in English written & soft Spoken
-Very Good skills in Email, MS Office especially reports in MS Excel
-Should have good knowledge and expertise to handle company insurance policy, procedure and claims
-Hardworking person, should assist HR Manager in day to day activity
-Transferable Iqama is required, Age less than 40 yrs
-Indian nationality will be preferred
-Assisting employees to understand and implement policies and procedures
-Liaising with a wide range of organisations involved in areas such as race relations, disability, gender, age, religion and health and safety;
-Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
-Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
-Undertaking regular salary reviews, administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff
-Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
-Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels.
