HR AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
- A Degree in HR and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Administering payroll, visa renewals and maintaining records relating to staff
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
- Accounting degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Construction and Trading Accounting
- Knowledge and experience in Tally is a must
- Experience in financial reporting and data analysis, auditing and providing financial advice
- Attention to detail and accuracy
